My name is Maneesha, and I currently work as an Academic Counselor at Interval. But beyond my professional life, I have always been drawn to creativity, crafting, and the joy of creating something with my own hands. During my undergraduate years, I had a strong desire to build something of my own. When the COVID-19 pandemic began, I turned to crafting as a creative outlet, experimenting with upcycled bottle art, paper crafts, and handmade creations. I taught myself new techniques, constantly learning and improving with every piece I made. A special moment came when I began sharing my creations with a sweet seven-year-old girl who lived next door. We developed a beautiful bond through art—I would make handmade greeting cards and little gifts for her, while she proudly shared her own creations with me. Seeing the happiness those small handmade pieces brought her made me realize something: perhaps my passion could become something more. That thought became the beginning of my online crafting journey. I started small, turning my creativity into a handmade business. Over time, what began as a simple hobby grew into a meaningful source of income. With the constant encouragement of my family, the earnings from my craft business helped me fund my own education, allowing me to successfully complete both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics through my own earnings.That journey eventually became Fairy Soul—a space where creativity meets memories. At Fairy Soul, we believe that life’s most beautiful moments deserve to be cherished forever.
